This week in Reception we have been exploring how plants grow. After reading Sam Plants a Sunflower, the children got to plant their own seeds. They carefully filled their pots with soil, planted their sunflower seeds, and gave them a little drink of water. Now we’re waiting patiently to see the first little shoots appear.
