World Book Day

Epsom Primary and Nursery School have been celebrated World Book Day with some fantastic poetry performances! Different year-groups joined together throughout this morning to share and perform the poetry they have been learning about - this included playground rhymes in Year 1, rap in Year 4 and ballads in Year 6.

 Inspired by their learning, there have been some amazing pieces of poetry written by our pupils showing great thought and attention to detail. 

To help continue pupils on their poetry journey, our school librarians delivered poetry anthologies to each class. 

And as always everyone looked amazing in their costumes!
